Day 8

Today was odd. It rained like crazy. I mean we are talking rain pour that you see in Texas.

Hard heavy rain. It went on an on for sometime what felt like 3hrs.

As it stopped it left these gloom like clouds. It felt like a hurricane was happening. Turns out it was only a tropical depression.

My cats were intrigued by this even though they had rain before.

So I ended up doing homework and couldn't leave my house. Then it stopped.

Got to class and when I got out to take the field trip to the library it picked back up.

It was fun because the teacher ended up waiting like we did then realized she had her umbrella.

Day 6

Today on my way to Walgreens to get groceries I watched a family attempt to conduct a yardsale.

It was rather odd that they were trying to sell broken tvs, tables, used baby products and out of date computers. Walking past them I could smell the stench from them which was worse than jock straps and the boys locker room after a football game.

Now don't get me wrong, but I hadn't seen this since I left Massachusetts.

It was an odd reminder of where am I.
